Just choose your chicken or beef from the Butchers Counter or sweet potatoes and chickpeas are a good base for a veggie curry, pick your sauce or spice blend whether it’s a korma, balti or rogan josh and complete with rice, naan bread and pickles – perfect to warm a cold winter’s day in Templepatrick!

Here’s our ingredients for our take on authentic Mexican Tacos all available in the Farm Shop

Mince Steak from The Butchers, Taco Shells, Hot Sauce ..add your toppings to include as many as fits – we recommend, cheese,  fresh avocado, cucumber, red onion, tomato, green salad and a spice mix for an extra kick !

Delicious pasta with a rich basil Bolognese, a sprinkling of parmigiano and finish off with Italian pastries… close your eyes and you should be able to hear the Trevi fountains (not that annoying dripping tap!)

It may not be Chinese New Year until next week but why not get in the mood and cook up spicy chowmein noodles or sweet chilli chicken with crispy prawn crackers… all finished of with Green Tea Chai…

Oh la la, for our foray into French Cuisine we are keeping it very easy…

Lecale Harvest, an award-winning producer of gourmet meat and seafood products in Northern Ireland, has launched an innovative and delicious three-strong range of ready-to-eat dishes for home cooks.

Produced at Harvest’s state-of-the-art processing operation at Ballynahinch in County Down, the Kitchen range features established French style dishes: Beef Bourguignon; Confit Duck Cassoulet with pork belly and Toulouse sausage; and Confit Duck and Puy Lentils. Each pack contains two servings.
