We had a Great Time At Garden Show Ireland at Antrim Castle Gardens…

…and a busy one as Richard judged the best Trade Stands and awarded prizes while Dave The Plantman …garden expert and social media star shared his expertise on our stand.

It was great to meet our good friend and legend David Domoney as well as Marie Staunton , Paul Smyth and Niall McCauley who shared their gardening expertise on the Garden stage stand with talks that educated and inspired everyone… not a seat could be had at each of the talks over the 3 day weekend event.

It was a pleasure to be the lead sponsor of the Garden Stage and meet so many like minded gardening enthusiasts who ignored the weather particularily on Saturday and did not let it dampen their spirits.

David Domoney’s Wheelbarrow challenge was a great success and very difficult for the judges to make a decision on the winners but a big WELL DONE to everyone who entered to create such a spectacular display.

Interesting Fact…Dave the Plant Man – was on hand all weekend with lots of roses knowledge and much much more to share on our stand and we can now add him to our ‘ legends’ list here as a friend of Coleman’s Garden Centre Templepatrick and look forward to seeing him back in Northern Ireland very soon.
