So that inspired us to initiate a ‘Primrose Festival’ at Coleman’s Garden Centre right here in Templepatrick. The Primrose Festival is all about showcasing the charm and versatility of these beloved spring bloomers. Known for their cheerful colours and ability to brighten even the dullest corners, primroses and primulas are a real star of the plant world.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to discover a stunning selection of classic and exciting new varieties of the beautiful primula family. We will have over 4,000 primroses in bloom looking marvellous right now as the garden centre is filled with a stunning selection of the beautiful primula family. We’ll have a dazzling array of over 50 colours and varieties.
No other plant makes the spirits soar after a long cold winter than the sight of primroses in the garden in spring. Thanks to their distinctive fragrance and range of vibrant colours they are a welcome addition to any green space and a fabulous source of nectar for butterflies, bees and moths.
Here at Coleman’s Garden Centre we are very excited about our Primrose Festival and it’s of the best times to visit our garden centre as it bursts into life with all the colours of the rainbow. We love primroses. They are one of the earliest spring flowers and deliver a much-needed splash of sunshine at this time of year!
