Let’s meet Michelle .. the Manager here at Menarys in Coleman’s Templepatrick. Menarys is a family-run business with a century of history, founded in 1923 by Cookstown Draper Joseph Alexander and despite rumours to the contrary Michelle was not Store Manager when it opened…. it was Ryan from Edinburgh Woollen Mill who started that rumour I’m told !
I digress…as one of the country’s leading Independent Retailers, Menarys has become synonymous with a form of traditional customer service that has become such a rarity in the world of retail today.
‘Young’ Michelle brings over a total of 11 years retail experience to our family of retailers here having previously worked in Menarys Larne before joining us here in 2019. Outside of work Michelle from Larne, home of the ‘Inver Reds’ loves cooking, baking and entertainingand looking after her two whippets Koda and Hank…brothers by the way. Now speaking of offspring don’t be confused if you spot a similarity between Michelle and some of her more youthful staff members .. Michelle is Mum to staff members Morgan and Yasmin.
Michelle loves the family atmosphere in the garden centre as everyone pulls together to deliver the best possible customer experience and chatting away with customers old and new.
