For those of you who have heard of wagyu beef you will be familiar with the prestige in which it is held all over the world – we are very privileged in Northern Ireland to have a visionary farm based in Doagh, County Antrim who have invested in these cattle. Riversdale Farm have been developing their herd of the past few years and have developed a range of wagyu products.
The legendary quality of the wagyu beef is only matched by the flavour and we are delighted to be stocking their premium wagyu beef burgers, the famous marbling texture means that the flavour is throughout the meat and when cooked correctly gives a full beef taste.
