Ready to Welcome You Back Safely to Coleman’s Garden Centre from 9.00am Monday 18th May

We are ready to open and excited to welcome you all back to Colemans Garden Centre from this Monday 18th May. However, we are cautious about re-opening and our ultimate priority is for the safety of our customers and staff.  For this reason, guided by COVID-19 regulations, we have set some actions in place to ensure we provide a safe environment for everyone.
  • There will be only one entrance point for the Garden Centre, Farm Shop and Butchers, through the main front entrance door, beside the Menarys retail unit. The sole exit point for the Garden Centre, Farm Shop and Butchers will be located at the Garden Centre exit to the car park.
  • Trolleys will be sanitised for your use by our staff, so please help us keep these safe for other customers to use by returning your trolley after use to the Trolley Bay. If you do not need a trolley, please do not take one.
  • A member of staff will be located at the entrance door to control numbers of customers entering the Garden Centre. If you are in a hurry, we will have shopping maps to hand out for your convenience to help you go directly where you need to go, but please feel free to browse all areas at your leisure. Click here to download your map at home.
  • We will be operating a one way system and to ensure social distancing for everyone, we have  a policy of no more than 2 members per household entering the garden centre at the same time. Please bear this in mind when you are planning your visit.
  • Please use the sanitation stations located at the entrance, exit and at the till points. We encourage everyone to use this facility on entering and exit and during your shopping visit. We will also be carrying out regular cleaning of public areas, trolley handles and chip & pin machines.
  • We have no idea how many customers will arrive, so please respect the queuing system we will have in place and adhere to advice from the staff members at the entrance, who have your safety as our main priority.
  • Please do not arrange to meet up with family or friends during your visit.   The Garden Centre cannot operate as a social meeting area for now, so please respect this as government legislation.
  • The café, toilets and our retail partners are not yet open for custom. Access to these areas are strictly not permitted.
  • We realise that this is still a difficult time, so we will be retaining our Online Store with ‘Contactless Delivery’ within a 10 mile radius of the garden centre. So you can still enjoy all we have to offer for your gardening needs from the comfort of your own home.

We look forward to seeing you over the coming weeks, providing a calm and orderly location for you to shop and enjoy. If your shopping needs are not urgent, please bear in mind that we expect high customer numbers in the first few days, so plan to arrive later in the week or at an off-peak time if you prefer a quieter shopping experience.
