Our Producers Open Night on Thursday 28 February as we finalise completion of our new Farm Shop opening in Spring 2019 at the existing site was a roaring success.

With phase 2 of our £5m investment fast approaching completion  the producers night was an unprecedented opportunity to showcase local produce with local producers who are doing something unique and brilliant.

Over 30 local producers and over 400 guests attended the Artisan Food Producers Open Night in association with Food NI.

Richard Fry, Managing Director Colemans Garden Centre commented: “In our new Farm Shop we wish to form close partnerships with local producers who are doing something unique and brilliant. We were delighted with the response from local producers and guests who came on the night to put their products to a taste test.
We would particularly like to say thanks to the 400 plus Loyalty Card customers of Coleman’s Garden Centre who came along and taste tested the products on display. We genuinely value their input and assistance as to the products they wish to see us stock in the Farm Shop which will be managed by our new Farm Shop Manger, David Thompson.

It was clear from the buzz in the Garden Centre that our customers, like us cannot wait for the opening and the excitement to our Phase 2 opening is clearly building.
All the products on display were available to purchase on the night and it appeared all our customers took the opportunity to take some of the new products they sample away for home consumption. Thanks once again to everyone involved and we look forward to seeing you all again very soon in the new Farm Shop when it open shortly.”
