We’re still buzzing after Saturday so A BIG THANKS from the team here at Coleman’s Garden Centre Templepatrick to everyone who joined us on Saturday in the Farm Shop with celebrity Chef Paula McIntyre to support our local artisan producers and for a celebration of local food and a large dollop of craic as Paula shared her extensive knowledge with us.

From Summer Snacks & Summer Salads , BBQ Ideas as well as Summer desserts it was a sampling extravaganza and taste sensation experience to remember… in case that was not enough there was also cake to be had as Marquess Meats celebrated their first birthday here in the Farm Shop at Colemans !

A special thanks obviously goes to Paula but also to the amazing local produce from Glens of Antrim Crisps, Draynes Ice Cream , Longbridge drinks , Little Popcorn Shop, Purpose Collectiion and Poco Picante .. your continued support is appreciated.

It was also a pleasure to welcome Ciaran Headley from CH Pottery as he completed a series of demonstrations and introduced us all to the CH Pottery range hand made on the shores of Lough Neagh as used by the legend that is Paula McIntyre!

..oops the little rest has been cancelled as we’ve more fresh deliveries of plants for the garden and the weather is on our side.
