En Place, based in Cookstown, produce high quality award-winning small batch vinegars from locally grown ingredients choose from… wild blueberry, blackthorn & rosehip, elderberry, rhubarb.

Burden Balsamics, made in Richill, are the perfect umami range of products for any style of cooking and eating. They aim to produce top quality vinegars fusing local flavours with superior quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to create a delicious range of affordable condiments. And now just in we have balsamic infused sugar. salt and black garlic.

The Farm Shop and Butchers are both open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and from 1.00pm to 5.00pm on Sunday. All our retail partners including the Garden Centre and Cafe are closed in line with government guidelines in place to Keep Everyone Safe.
