The ticket only event attracted almost 100 guests and included a 2 course meal including a glass of Prosecco or a soft drink prepared by Executive chef Paul Glass, restaurant Manager Diane McNaught and the whole kitchen teams.
Richard Fry, Managing Director of Coleman’s Garden Centre, commented on the night in concluding proceedings;
“We are very proud to have supported Macmillan Cancer Support here tonight , our Nominated Charity for 2018 in association with Edinburgh Woollen Mill and we are delighted to have raised much needed funds for Macmillan Cancer Support on what was a wonderful occasion.
The event has been a spectacular success with a stunning fashion show coordinated by Amy Fry , Joanne Pedlow and the team from Edinburgh Woollen Mill who supported this event with the provision of clothes and models and a fabulous 20% off all clothing purchased on the evening.
Whilst the professional models strutted their stuff with their usual polished performance it would be remiss of me not to say a big thanks to our own staff who volunteered to model on the night – Restaurant Supervisor Christina and our resident restaurant Baristas the ‘Randalstown Rogues’ Jonathan and Timothy who in my eyes anyway were the stars of the show.
Finally I would like to say thanks to Cynthia Cherry , Maretta Coleman and Jill Stubbs, Chairperson Antrim Committee from Macmillan Cancer support for the effort and time they also devoted to making this event the undoubted success it was.
Supporting local charities and organisations is very important to us here at Coleman’s and we want to thank everyone who turned up on the night to support this very worthy cause. “
