In light of the government’s most recent announcement on the COVID-19 situation we are confirming that our Cafe will close with effect from 5pm on Friday 16th October.
However our Garden Centre, Farm Shop, Butchers and all Retail Partners will continue to be open with our usual opening times and with all social distancing guidelines in place including NO MASK or SHIELD. NO ENTRY. (Evidence of a relevant medical condition for exemption will ensure entry.)
As a responsible business we are following all safety guidelines as advised by government and working very closely
with Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council to seek their advice. We respectfully ask you to follow our safety policies that we have in place. We will not tolerate any abuse of our staff in these exceptional times and failure to do so WILL result in you being asked to leave. 
We have also sought advice from our local PSNI whose increased presence both within the centre and the car park will ensure guidelines are adhered to throughout the entire complex.
We will not be offering a takeaway service from the café, but our popular bakery goods will continue to be available for purchase in the Farm Shop. Full details will be published on our website in due course.
Toilets will remain open with regular cleaning intervals. We ask that our customers respect these facilities and help us to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Deep cleaning of retail and public areas will take place each week using a professional fogging machine.
The fact remains that this is an incredibly tough situation for all involved and we must all now do our part in adhering to the latest guidelines for everyone’s wellbeing. Extra door staff will be engaged to look after the hygiene of trolleys and to help ensure the safety of our customers entering the store. The one way system will remain throughout this challenging time and face coverings for visitors are mandatory around the store.
We will continue to listen and review our plans based on the up to date government advice becoming available.
