Tim Nickerson and his family have been baking a delicious range of flaxseed crackers in their tiny north Wexford bakery since 2014. Each heart shaped cracker is mixed, rolled, cut and packaged by hand which makes them a truly artisan product. The crackers are slow baked using delicious seeds and Irish cold pressed rapeseed oil from Co Wicklow, that’s what makes the crackers so yummy and good for you.
 
The range of four flaxseed crackers; original flaxseed, sesame, sesame and cranberry and black olive, are are made using high quality ingredients including Irish milled flour, organic cold pressed rapeseed oil from Kilkenny and high-quality flax and sesame seeds.
 
So put them to the taste test and try with our extensive range of cheeses including the fabulous Dart Mountain range.
 
The Farm Shop and Butchers are both open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and from 1.00pm to 5.00pm on Sunday.
