Don’t Duck Out – Coleman’s Garden Centre Needs Your Help

Duckling season is usually around the month of September and it’s at this time of the year wildlife carers receive phone calls from concerned wildlife lovers about straying or orphaned clutches of ducklings.
But unusually in March here at Coleman’s our very own wildlife expert Barbara needs your help as she has encountered her very own abandoned duckling in our Templepatrick Garden Centre.
Now before you all call us with your assistance the fact of the matter is – ‘Diane The Duck’ – a name given to the duck by Office Manager Karen is in fact a member of the DCUK wooden duck family- the original wooden duck company.
However the sad news is she arrived without a name hence the intervention of Karen who has given her the temporary name – apparently due to a similarity between the duck and a  key member of the restaurant staff from Newtownards – can’t see the resemblance myself but never mind!
So here’s what we need  you to do – simply suggest your own name for our little orphaned duck and she could be ‘winging’ her way to you – see what I did there? apologies I digress – personalised with your name.

We will pick one lucky winner from all entries online or in store and  randomly select the winner after Easter.
Simply suggest your name on Facebook or better still come and visit us and the rest of the DCUK family in store and suggest your name via your till receipt.

Please don’t duck out on your responsibilities – no ducking and diving. ‘Diane’ needs your help –  good luck !
